relating to local governments; prohibiting criminalization and restriction on sale
of motor fuel; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 415.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

upon the method of purchase agreed to by the seller and purchaser. Local regulation
inconsistent with this section is void.
