  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $100,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of transportation for fiscal year 1999 for a grant 
  1.8   to the Anoka county regional railroad authority to acquire, 
  1.9   develop, and construct a transit hub in Columbia Heights.
