BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin BEMIDJI PUPIL TRANSPORTATION GRANT.

new text begin $250,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2013 from the general fund to the
commissioner of education for a pupil transportation grant to Independent School District
No. 31, Bemidji. This is an ongoing appropriation.
