A bill for an act
 relating to agriculture; modifying the biodiesel content mandate; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2007 Supplement, section 239.77, subdivision 2.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2007 Supplement, section 239.77, subdivision 2, is
amended to read:


Subd. 2.

Minimum content.

Except as otherwise provided in this section, new text begin from
February 15 through November 15, new text end all diesel fuel sold or offered for sale in Minnesota
for use in internal combustion engines must contain at least deleted text begin 2.0deleted text end new text begin 5.0new text end percent biodiesel
fuel oil by volume.
