  1.2             relating to public safety; appropriating money to the 
  1.3             department of public safety for a grant. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $20,000 is appropriated from the general fund, for the 
  1.7   fiscal year ending June 30, 2003, to the commissioner of public 
  1.8   safety for a grant to the Freeborn County Crime Victim Crisis 
  1.9   Center.  This is a one-time appropriation.
