A bill for an act
 relating to taxation; prescribing the effective date of certain rules relating to the
valuation of electric and transmission pipeline utilities; proposing coding for new
law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 273.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.
