relating to public safety; appropriating money for firefighter training.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $4,500,000 is appropriated from the fire safety account in the special revenue fund
to the commissioner of public safety for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013, for activities
and programs under Minnesota Statutes, section 299F.012. This is a onetime appropriation.
