BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$119,000 in fiscal year 2020 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund to
the governing board of the Minnesota Historical Society for a grant to the Minnesota Military
Museum to care for, catalog, and display the recently acquired collection of the personal
and professional effects belonging to General John W. Vessey, Minnesota's most decorated
veteran.
