  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to human services; authorizing an increase in 
  1.3             the reimbursement rate for day training and 
  1.4             habilitation services. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [REIMBURSEMENT RATE.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding statutory provisions to the contrary, the 
  1.8   commissioner of human services shall increase the reimbursement 
  1.9   rate for day training and habilitation services for adults with 
  1.10  mental retardation and related conditions under Minnesota 
  1.11  Statutes, sections 252.40 to 252.46, by 3.5 percent on July 1, 
  1.12  1996.
