  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to game and fish; modifying restrictions for 
  1.3             nonresident fish houses; amending Minnesota Statutes 
  1.4             1994, section 97C.355, subdivision 6. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1994, section 97C.355, 
  1.7   subdivision 6, is amended to read: 
  1.8      Subd. 6.  [RESTRICTIONS FOR NONRESIDENTS.] A nonresident 
  1.9   may only obtain a license for a fish house that is collapsible 
  1.10  and portable, and but the house may not be unattended.
