A bill for an act
relating to capital improvements; modifying appropriations for the Lewis and
Clark Rural Water System; amending Laws 2005, chapter 20, article 1, section
23, subdivision 8; Laws 2006, chapter 258, section 21, subdivision 15.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin BOND SALE AUTHORIZATION REDUCTIONS.

new text begin The bond sale authorization in Laws 2005, chapter 20, article 1, section 28,
subdivision 1, is reduced by $2,000,000.

new text begin The bond sale authorization in Laws 2006, chapter 258, section 25, subdivision 1, is
reduced by $3,282,000.

Sec. 2.

Laws 2005, chapter 20, article 1, section 23, subdivision 8, is amended to read:

Lewis and Clark Rural Water System,
Inc.
