relating to human services; appropriating money for out-of-home placement costs.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$2,500,000 in fiscal year 2015 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of human services. The funds must be transferred to Beltrami County,
and used for out-of-home placement costs. This amount shall become part of the base
appropriation.
