  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to natural resources; authorizing bonds and 
  1.3             appropriating money for the removal of the Mazeppa dam.
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [MAZEPPA DAM REMOVAL; APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $330,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of natural resources for the removal of the Mazeppa 
  1.8   dam.  
  1.9      Sec. 2.  [BOND SALE.] 
  1.10     To provide the money appropriated by section 1 from the 
  1.11  bond proceeds fund, the commissioner of finance, on request of 
  1.12  the governor, shall sell and issue bonds of the state in an 
  1.13  amount up to $330,000 in the manner, upon the terms, and with 
  1.14  the effect prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 
  1.15  16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 
  1.16  4 to 7.
