  1.2             relating to education; providing funding for school 
  1.3             enrichment partnership program; appropriating money; 
  1.4             amending Laws 1995, First Special Session chapter 3, 
  1.5             article 4, section 29, subdivision 18. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  Laws 1995, First Special Session chapter 3, 
  1.8   article 4, section 29, subdivision 18, is amended to read: 
  1.9      Subd. 18.  [SCHOOL ENRICHMENT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM.] For 
  1.10  school enrichment partnership program aid: 
  1.11        $500,000      .....      1996 
  1.12        $5,000,000    .....      1997 
  1.13     Any balance remaining in the first year does not cancel but 
  1.14  is available in the second year.
