A bill for an act
relating to education; requiring school milk to be
provided in single service plastic containers;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 124D.118, by
adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 124D.118, is
amended by adding a subdivision to read:

new text begin A school district
that participates in the school breakfast, school lunch, or
school milk program under this chapter must provide milk in
single service plastic containers, by the glass, or from bulk
containers.
