 relating to arts and cultural heritage; appropriating money for a veterans and
emergency services museum in the city of Rochester.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $15,000,000 in fiscal year 2012 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage
fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the
Minnesota Veterans Museum organization to predesign, design, construct, furnish, and
equip a Minnesota veterans and emergency services museum in the city of Rochester.
