relating to capital improvements; appropriating money for an ice arena in Big
Lake.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $3,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Minnesota Amateur Sports
Commission for a grant to the Becker Big Lake Ice Association to design, construct,
furnish, and equip an ice arena in the city of Big Lake. This appropriation is available until
the project is abandoned or completed, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
