  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to health; appropriating money for a youth 
  1.3             alcohol treatment facility. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $400,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the board 
  1.7   of directors of the Minnesota Indian Primary Residential 
  1.8   Treatment Center, Inc., to build a youth alcohol treatment wing 
  1.9   at the Mash-Ka-Wisen Treatment Center.  The appropriation is 
  1.10  available only if matched by a $1,500,000 federal grant and a 
  1.11  $100,000 grant from the state native American bands.
