A bill for an act
 relating to arts and cultural heritage; appropriating money for Midwest Art
Conservation Center.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; MIDWEST ART CONSERVATION CENTER.

new text begin $125,000 in fiscal year 2018 and $125,000 in fiscal year 2019 are appropriated from the
arts and cultural heritage fund to the commissioner of administration for a grant to the
nonprofit Midwest Art Conservation Center to provide treatment, education, and training
related to art preservation and conservation for Minnesota museums, historical societies,
libraries, tribal communities, other cultural institutions, and the public.
