  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      Subdivision 1.  [DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN, FAMILIES, AND 
  1.8   LEARNING.] The following sums are appropriated from the general 
  1.9   fund to the department of children, families, and learning in 
  1.10  the fiscal years indicated. 
  1.11     Subd. 2.  [CHILDREN WITH A DISABILITY; ALTERNATIVE 
  1.12  EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES.] For a grant to a therapeutic horseback 
  1.13  riding program that provides alternative educational experiences 
  1.14  for children with a disability:
