  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.7      Laws 1994, chapter 625, article 5, section 5, as amended by 
  1.8   Laws 1995, chapter 234, article 3, section 8, is repealed. 
  1.9      Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.10     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
