  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to education; authorizing a levy for 
  1.3             Independent School District No. 621, Mounds View, to 
  1.4             pay for its share of the construction costs of a 
  1.5             maintenance facility. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [LEVY; MOUNDS VIEW.] 
  1.8      Independent School District No. 621, Mounds View, may levy 
  1.9   an amount up to $200,000 each year for a period of ten years for 
  1.10  the district's share of the costs of building a maintenance 
  1.11  facility that will be operated in cooperation with the city of 
  1.12  Arden Hills and Ramsey County. 
  1.13     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective for taxes 
  1.14  payable in 2005 and later years.
