A bill for an act
relating to the city of Cologne; providing exemption
to wetland replacement requirements.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin WETLAND REPLACEMENT REQUIREMENT EXEMPTION.

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Rules, part 8420.0549, subpart 4,
or any other law to the contrary, due to the construction of a
trail in or near the city of Cologne on type I and type III
wetlands in the area between the improved portion of marked
State Highway 284 and Benton Lake, wetland replacement must be
completed on a 1:1 acreage ratio.
