relating to transportation; roads; appropriating money for local roads in Blaine.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin NATIONAL SPORTS CENTER ROAD PROJECTS;
APPROPRIATION.

new text begin (a) $170,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
transportation for a grant to the city of Blaine for reconstruction or maintenance of
Davenport Street in Blaine. This amount represents the National Sports Center share
of costs for the project.

new text begin (b) $42,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
transportation for a grant to Anoka County for environmental assessment, preliminary
engineering, and design for reconstruction or maintenance of Anoka County Road 87,
known as 105th Avenue, in Blaine. This amount represents the city share of costs for
the project.
