  1.2             relating to the housing finance agency; appropriating 
  1.3             money to the family homeless prevention and assistance 
  1.4             program. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $2,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund for 
  1.8   transfer to the housing development fund for the family homeless 
  1.9   prevention and assistance program under Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.10  section 462A.204.  This is a one-time appropriation and is not 
  1.11  added to the agency's permanent budget base.
