  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to transportation; authorizing appropriation 
  1.3             for transit to be carried over for the second year of 
  1.4             the fiscal biennium; amending Laws 1995, chapter 265, 
  1.5             article 2, section 2, subdivision 3. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  Laws 1995, chapter 265, article 2, section 2, 
  1.8   subdivision 3, is amended to read: 
  1.9   Subd. 3.  Transit                    12,293,000     12,292,000
  1.10                Summary by Fund

  1.13  Any unencumbered balance remaining the 
  1.14  first year does not cancel but is 
  1.15  available for the second year of the 
  1.16  biennium.
