  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to transportation; providing for loan from 
  1.3             transportation revolving loan fund to city of Mounds 
  1.4             View for construction of sound barrier on trunk 
  1.5             highway No. 10; amending Laws 2000, chapter 479, 
  1.6             article 1, section 6, subdivision 2. 
  1.7   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.8      Section 1.  Laws 2000, chapter 479, article 1, section 6, 
  1.9   subdivision 2, is amended to read: 
  1.10  Subd. 2.  Transportation Revolving Loan Fund         15,000,000 
  1.11  For transfer to the highway account in 
  1.12  the transportation revolving loan 
  1.13  fund.  Of this amount, $1,500,000 must 
  1.14  be provided as a loan to the city of 
  1.15  Mounds View for construction of a sound 
  1.16  barrier on marked trunk highway No. 
  1.17  10.  The loan is subject to Minnesota 
  1.18  Statutes, section 446A.085, subdivision 
  1.19  9, and must be repaid from nonstate 
  1.20  sources.
