 relating to education finance; repealing the
requirement that certain school districts reserve
revenue for cooperative programs; repealing Minnesota
Statutes 2004, section 123A.27.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
