relating to legislative procedure; increasing the time a conference committee
report must be on members' desks before it is voted on; proposing coding for
new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 3.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
