A bill for an act
 relating to arts and cultural heritage; appropriating money for the film production
jobs program.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin (a) $553,000 is appropriated from the general fund for the fiscal year ending June 30,
2010, to the director of Explore Minnesota Tourism for purposes of the film production
jobs program in Minnesota Statutes, section 116U.26. Any unexpended amount of this
appropriation may be carried forward into the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011.
