  1.3             admissions tax. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [REPEAL OF TEMPORARY TAX ON FACILITY 
  1.6   ADMISSIONS.] 
  1.7      Laws 1987, chapter 285, is repealed. 
  1.8      Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.9      Section 1 is effective, without local approval, the day 
  1.10  after its final enactment.
