relating to capital investment; appropriating money for a new hospital in the city
of Mahnomen.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$30,000,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to the Mahnomen Health Center
Joint Powers Board to construct, furnish, and equip a new hospital facility in the city of
Mahnomen.
