A bill for an act
relating to human services finance; appropriating money for a pilot program for
home-based monitoring of persons with disabilities.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$250,000 in fiscal year 2016 and $250,000 in fiscal year 2017 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of human services for a pilot program for home-based,
technology-enhanced monitoring of persons with disabilities. If the appropriation for
either year is insufficient, the appropriation for the other year is available for it.
