relating to public safety; appropriating money for restorative justice.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$150,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2008, and $150,000 for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 2009, are appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
corrections for grants to organizations providing restorative justice services.
