BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin A health plan is prohibited from limiting coverage for screenings and urinalysis testing
for opioids. This includes but is not limited to limitations on the frequency or number of
screenings or tests.
