  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to highways; designating Otter Tail Veterans 
  1.3             Memorial Drive; amending Minnesota Statutes 1998, 
  1.4             section 161.14, by adding a subdivision. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1998, section 161.14, is 
  1.7   amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
  1.8      Subd. 44.  [OTTER TAIL VETERANS MEMORIAL DRIVE.] That 
  1.9   portion of marked trunk highway No. 59 from its intersection 
  1.10  with Otter Tail county highway No. 3 to its intersection with 
  1.11  Otter Tail county highway No. 4, is designated "Otter Tail 
  1.12  Veterans Memorial Drive."  The commissioner shall adopt a 
  1.13  suitable marking design to mark this highway and erect 
  1.14  appropriate signs, subject to the provisions of section 161.139.
