BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$1,425,000 is appropriated to the secretary of state from the account established in
Minnesota Statutes, section 5.30, pursuant to the Help America Vote Act, for the purposes
and uses authorized by federal law.
