A bill for an act
relating to state lands; authorizing conveyance of certain state land to Hennepin
County.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin Conveyance authorized. new text end

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes,
sections 16B.281 to 16B.287, or other law, administrative rule, or commissioner's order to
the contrary, the commissioner of administration may convey to Hennepin County for no
consideration the real property at 8941 Portland Avenue South, Bloomington, Minnesota,
described in subdivision 3. The commissioner of administration may add conditions to the
conveyance of the property deemed to be in the interest of the state.

new text begin (a) The conveyance shall be in a form approved by the attorney
general and subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.695.

new text begin (b) Notwithstanding any law, regulation, or ordinance to the contrary, the instrument
of conveyance to Hennepin County may be recorded in the office of the Hennepin County
recorder without compliance with any subdivision requirement.

new text begin Subject to right-of-way for Portland Avenue South,
East 90th Street, and all recorded easements, the land to be conveyed is described as: Lots
12, 13, and 14, Block 2, BISCHOFF 1st ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
