 relating to alcohol; allowing an on-sale license for a golf course in Golden Valley.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin SPECIAL LICENSE; GOLDEN VALLEY.

new text begin Notwithstanding any law or ordinance to the contrary, the city of Golden Valley
may issue an on-sale license to a golf course that is located at 200 Brookview Parkway
and is owned by the city.
