  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $20,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund for 
  1.7   fiscal year 2000 to the commissioner of finance for transfer to 
  1.8   the highway account in the transportation revolving loan fund 
  1.9   established in Minnesota Statutes, section 446A.085, subdivision 
  1.10  3.
