  1.2             relating to education; providing for a grant to 
  1.3             independent school district No. 129, Montevideo; 
  1.4             appropriating money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      Subdivision 1.  [DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.] The sum 
  1.8   indicated in this section is appropriated from the general fund 
  1.9   to the commissioner of education for the fiscal year designated. 
  1.10     Subd. 2.  [MONTEVIDEO GRANT.] For a grant to independent 
  1.11  school district No. 129, Montevideo, for the unreimbursed costs 
  1.12  of an adult farm management program: 
  1.13       $100,000     .....     1996
  1.14     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.15     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
