  1.4             Stroh's brewery site in St. Paul; appropriating money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [STROH'S BREWERY SITE; APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $4,000,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2000 from the 
  1.8   general fund to the commissioner of trade and economic 
  1.9   development for the purpose of making a grant to the city of St. 
  1.10  Paul for the acquisition and development of the former Stroh's 
  1.11  brewery site in the city of St. Paul.
