A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; extending the bond authorization and appropriation
of bond proceeds for a capital project in the city of Wadena; amending Laws 2018,
chapter 214, article 1, section 16, subdivision 14.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2018, chapter 214, article 1, section 16, subdivision 14, is amended to
read:


Subd. 14.

Wadena - U.S. Highway 10
Environmental Cleanup

From the bond proceeds account in the state
transportation fund as provided in Minnesota
Statutes, section 174.50, for a grant to the city
of Wadena for environmental analysis and
environmental cleanupnew text begin , including replacement
