relating to housing; expanding eligibility for down payment assistance programs
administered by the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency to purchasers of
manufactured or modular homes; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota
Statutes, chapter 462A.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin Unless prohibited by federal law, the agency must ensure that purchasers of manufactured
or modular homes are eligible for any program administered by the agency that provides
down payment assistance to the same extent as a purchaser of a single-family home or
townhome.
