BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

established to:

new text begin (1) develop the academic and social development of marginalized youth;
new text end

new text begin (2) develop intergenerational leadership skills;
new text end

new text begin (3) develop pathways for marginalized youth to attend and be successful in
postsecondary education programs; and
new text end

new text begin (4) develop public-private partnerships that create success for marginalized youth.
