  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to state lands; requiring the sale of certain 
  1.3             school trust lands bordering public waters in St. 
  1.4             Louis county. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [SALE OF STATE LAND IN ST. LOUIS COUNTY.] 
  1.7      (a) Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 92.45, the 
  1.8   commissioner of natural resources may sell the school trust land 
  1.9   bordering public waters described in paragraph (b) in accordance 
  1.10  with the procedures in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 92, for sale 
  1.11  of school trust lands. 
  1.12     (b) The land to be sold is located in St. Louis county and 
  1.13  is described as:  part of Lot 1, Block 2, Perch Lake Homesite 
  1.14  Addition, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in 
  1.15  the office of the county recorder, and parts of the unplatted 
  1.16  portions of Government Lots 7 and 8, Section 16, Range 60 North, 
  1.17  Township 21 North. 
  1.18     Sec 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.19     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
