  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating money for 
  1.3             wastewater treatment to the city of Dassel. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $1,320,000 is appropriated from the wastewater 
  1.7   infrastructure fund to the commissioner of trade and economic 
  1.8   development for a grant to the city of Dassel.  $800,000 is for 
  1.9   expansion of the wastewater treatment system in Dassel, and 
  1.10  $520,000 is for a water supply well.  The appropriation is 
  1.11  available until expended.
