  1.3             of a facility for the bureau of criminal apprehension. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [LEASE AUTHORIZED.] 
  1.6      The commissioner of administration is authorized to enter 
  1.7   into a lease-purchase agreement with the city of Bemidji of a 
  1.8   building to house a satellite laboratory for the bureau of 
  1.9   criminal apprehension, subject to the requirements of Minnesota 
  1.10  Statutes, section 16B.24, subdivision 6a.
