A bill for an act
relating to energy; appropriating money for a refuse-derived fuel production
facility in the city of Red Wing.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$1,950,000 in fiscal year 2014 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of commerce for a grant to the city of Red Wing for shear-shredding
equipment to produce refuse-derived fuel.
