  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating money for 
  1.3             the city zoo in Little Falls. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $750,000 is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal 
  1.7   years 2002 and 2003 to the city of Little Falls to improve the 
  1.8   Pine Grove Park zoo by developing a black bear exhibit, an 
  1.9   animal care facility, and a discovery center.  The appropriation 
  1.10  is not available unless matched by an equal amount from the city 
  1.11  of Little Falls and nonstate sources.
